Return & Exchange

We offer free exchanges if there are any defects that have taken place in the outcome of our fault. If a problem does occur, please contact us within 48 hours within the item(s) arrive/are delivered.

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for exchanged or cancelled orders.

An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-you requested a return request (via email) within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status and you have not received a confirmation email
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay
-the ordered item is out of stock.

You are eligible for a return if tags are still in place and its been 48 hours since delivery.

We also offer repurchase exchanges if the clothes do not fit, as shipping prices may be expensive during these times. For orders that are returned, once shipped, please be sure email us the tracking no, your name and order no.

You may edit or cancel your order manually within 48 hours of when the order has been placed. Once fulfilled and shipped, edits and cancellations on orders can not be done manually.

To edit or cancel your order, head to the bottom of your order confirmation email and select "Edit or Cancel Order"

If the timeframe has passed and your order has not yet been shipped and fulfilled, you may email us to request and edit or cancel your order.
